This policy explains what information Practical Reactor Systems (practicalreactor.com) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
The contact form uses Formspree to process submissions. Google Analytics and embedded YouTube videos are not currently enabled. They are planned features; this policy will be reviewed and updated before those services are enabled.
Information you provide
If you use the contact form, I collect the information you enter: your name, email address, optional company, question or suggestion, and preferences about referencing your submission. I use this information to read and respond to your message and respect your publication preferences.
Formspree processes submissions on my behalf and forwards them by email. It may also process technical information needed for delivery and spam prevention. See Formspree's Privacy Policy. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information.
Information collected automatically
This site does not currently use Google Analytics. If Google Analytics is added, it may collect information such as pages visited, time spent on the site, referral sources, approximate location, device type, and browser to help understand how visitors use the site. Its actual configuration, use of cookies, and data practices will be reflected in an updated policy before it is enabled.

Embedded videos
This site does not currently embed YouTube videos. If they are added later, YouTube may collect data and set cookies when a video is loaded or you interact with it, depending on how it is embedded. See Google's Privacy Policy. This policy will be updated to describe the actual video setup before it is enabled.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. The site's own pages do not currently set cookies for analytics or embedded videos, and Google Analytics and YouTube embeds are not enabled. Formspree may require spam-prevention verification when you submit a message; its services and verification providers may use cookies as described in their privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although doing so may affect verification. The site's informational pages do not depend on them.
How information is shared
I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Contact submissions are shared with Formspree and the email services used to deliver and receive messages, as needed to operate the contact service, or when required by law. Any reference to a submission in site content will respect the publication preference selected on the form.
Data retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record keeping. Copies processed by Formspree are also subject to its retention practices. Google Analytics is not currently enabled; if it is added, its retention settings will be reviewed and described here at that time.
Children
This site is intended for adults and professionals. It is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
Your choices
You can ask me to delete personal information you have provided by sending a request through the contact page.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. This includes reviewing the policy if the form provider changes or Google Analytics or YouTube embeds are introduced.
